Bachmann-education is offering three unique learning trips in 2025 as part of our programm "Green Glasses". The project's title: "Social Tipping Points – How small impulses can trigger sustainable change in communities, and how good storytelling helps." The programm is based on "clim@venture 1.5" - a programm, developed by 4 internationally working organizations to foster adventureorientated climate-education and dealing with sustainability. The journeys enable experiences and "field-adventures" and "journalistic adventures" ourside the individual hometown and make us looking through green glasses "wherever we are...."

The Learning Journey is part of a modular program by bachmann-education

📚 Module 1 (hybrid)
Theory & background – based on elements of the clim@venture 1.5 program: science-adventure, field-adventure, journalistic adventure and sharing-adventure. The programm is focused on the theory of social tipping points, sustainable transformation, impact storytelling. 

🔍 Module 2 (online):
Collaborative planning – building the travel itinerary based on research, personal interests, prior experience & local knowledge.

🌍 Module 3 (on-site):
Hands-on practice abroad – 5 hours of daily learning through workshops, excursions & impact storytelling focused on selected local projects.

🔄 Module 4 (hybrid):
Follow-up & reflection – sharing how the journey has shaped your personal and professional life. Learn by example: create and share your own impact story. Details for Module 4 - you find here. 

Applies to all journeys

We’ll travel green, mostly by train, to Sweden, Northern Spain, and Sicily, diving into inspiring projects through excursions, workshops & reflection. Together, we’ll shape the program and explore what matters most to the participants. All ages welcome – no prerequisites, no fees (except food). Accommodation in single/double rooms.

Languages: German/English/national Language, support by translation

Partner organizations and external experts ensure local knowledge and offer diverse learning opportunities for participants through excursions, workshops, and reflection sessions. The trips to Sweden, northern Spain, and Sicily are intended to broaden individual horizons and ideally contribute to spreading sustainable ideas. We will develop the program details together during the preparation phase, focusing on the priorities that matter most to you.
